    The Asec ANSI GK310 Mortice Electric Release is fitted within the door frame and when used in conjunction with a mortice nighlatch allows the door to be unlocked remotely as part of an access control system. It is supplied with both a short and long stainless steel plate for different applications, can take 12V DC only, can be easily converted between fail locked and unlocked and has an incredible 907Kg holding force.
